Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

This manufacturer warrants that this laser cartridge has been remanufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards.  The manufacturer warrants that the cartridge to be defect free under regular and normal operation for a period of one year for toner cartridges and six months for inkjet cartridges from the original date of purchase.  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is not designed for cartridges that have been modified by the end user, stored inappropriately, or used inappropriately.

The manufacturer will warrant the cartridge against causing any abnormal wear, deterioration, or damage to any compatible printer. The manufacturer will either replace or credit a cartridge proven to be defective or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser. This warranty is dependent upon our service department providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in DuraLine Imaging Inc’s printer cartridge. If our service technicians/department is unavailable to assist with the problem onsite or over the phone, we will pre-approve/authorize a licensed service company of your choice to perform the required repairs. The licensed service company would then provide us with satisfactory evidence, including a written statement on company letterhead, dated and signed by the field or service representative. 

In order to reimburse the customer for printer damage, or to replace a cartridge, the customer must sufficiently prove that the warranty procedure has been followed. Any claimed warranty damage to the cartridge or the printer must be sustained during the warranty period. Satisfactory evidence must be presented to prove that the cartridge is the source of damage to the printer if the manufacturer is to be responsible for the printer repair. Prior to any repair, authorization must be obtained from the seller of the cartridge. An RMA number must be obtained by the customer from the manufacturer/distributor for the printer/cartridge to undergo proper diagnosis, and to insure the customer is in compliance with the warranty statement. Return of the cartridge must be conducted through the seller in the original packing materials, or packing materials and arrangement of an identical laser cartridge.

 

THE MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND UNDER THIS WARRANTY POLICY. IN THE EVENT OF PRINTER DAMAGE, THE MANUFACTURER WILL REPAIR OR COVER THE COST OF REPAIR TO THE PRINTER, AT THE MANUFACTURER’S OPTION. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY COLLATERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE USE OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY CARTRIDGE.

In the event that your state is one that will not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, the above limitations and exclusions may not be applicable to you. Legal rights vary from state to state. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and is designed for your protection as well as the manufacturer.
